This is one of two projects that we closed out the same day back in September!
For those of you who may be familiar with the Buffalo area, this location was formally a bank that has been revitalized into a drive-thru/cafe Starbucks.
From underground plumbing and electric, to final polish, our team remained true to our high standards. Shout out to site superintendent, Ron Bailey, and the entire team that worked tirelessly on this project!

We proudly turned over Liverpool Starbucks last week in which they celebrated their grand opening yesterday, and boy were they busy!
With its spacious banquette seating, unique ceiling design that adds character, exquisite millwork, and breathtaking artwork, there’s no shortage of beautiful craftsmanship to admire here while enjoying a cup of coffee.
A huge shoutout to our site superintendent, Jared Fox, and the entire UMAC team for yet another stunning interior outfit, new build!!

Dunkirk, NY enjoy your NEW Starbucks!! Opening to the public tomorrow! We turned this one over back on 4/10 giving operations a chance to train and get ready to serve you!
Congratulations to our site superintendent, Ron Bailey, and all of our partners on another success and beautiful build out! Winter build out had nothing on us, even in this snow glob area of the state!
This new build consisted of retrofitting an existing tenant space: saw cut, underground plumbing and electric, concrete, framing, in-wall utilities, drywall, ACT, tile, casework install, finish carpentry, equipment install, paint to final polish!! 💪
